4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction. The terms below outline refund, return, and rescheduling options based on the type of offering.

4.1 Realty Paperwork Solutions

If you cancel at least 3 business days before a scheduled appointment, you are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 3 business days in advance are not refundable due to preparation and resource allocation. You may request a one-time rescheduling up to 2 business days prior to the appointment without penalty.

4.2 Information Products

Digital guides and courses are delivered immediately upon purchase. You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase provided you have not downloaded or accessed the product. After download or access, no refunds will be issued. To request a refund, please contact our support team within the 7-day window.

4.3 Goods

Physical products can be returned within 30 days of receipt if they are unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are nonrefundable. To initiate a return, please contact our support team.
